Well, I do not have a date because it would be different for individual countries.  However, I do know, straight from our CEO- Casey Yarborough that applications for licenses are in process in multiple countries right now.

You know how things are in our world.  If it requires one piece of paper, then someone else wants 2 copies or another form to fill out.  So for a COMPANY to get authorized to send products internationally you can only imagine how long it takes to go through the procedures.

I am reminded of the relatively simple process of getting a driver’s license in one’s home state.  And then you move. And start all over again.  Read the rules. Take the tests. Apply for a license and wait.

It is somewhat more complicated than that for global commerce! Particularly when food items are concerned.

No.   I am not making excuses here. Just a simple update.  I was really pleased to hear the words right from Casey Yarborough on a recent conference call.  He wants to make this company worldwide as soon as possible too.  And yes, he knows there are people all over the world ready to jump into Mandura.

So if YOU are sitting on the fence, undecided.  Take the hint. Get onto a solid team before the rest of the world does!

Alas. I attempted to add comments to the FAQ page and did not succeed.

SO I will create THIS post to carry your dynamic inquiries and my responses to keep you up to date.

Here are some questions that have answers today:

1. Right now Mandura is only available in the US.  I hear it will be world wide. When can I get it in Canada?

It is likely that MANDURA will be available in Canada and overseas within 3-6 months. So it is a good lead time for fast movers to get your sites up and running and start promoting for when it arrives.

2. I tried to buy a bottle to try it out before deciding whether to be a distributor.  HOW can I buy Mandura?

It is not really clear is it? Sorry. But here is how to buy MANDURA at retail prices.

• Go to http://ibo.mymandura.com/manduratopearner
• Click on the tab that says PRODUCT
• It drops down a menu and one of the choices is Buy Retail.
• Click on that and follow the ordering instructions.

Perhaps because it is so much more appealing to buy it wholesale there was less attention given to making it easier to find. I am working on a way to link directly to that page and when I have it figured out I will put it in the side bar and a post.

In this straightline compensation plan, everyone who signs up after you is a part of your team’s organization, no matter who sponsored them. That is unique in network marketing.  And that means you will receive a percentage from whatever they sell. That is the short answer.

The longer answer is that there are 7 specific ways to be compensated in Mandura. The first is with direct retail sales. Everyone who buys a retail Mandura bottle or case from your official Mandura site will be giving you a percentage of that sale.

The next step is the fact that you can sponsor as many Independent Business Owners as you want and you will receive a percentage of what THEY sell.(1st generation)

There are bonuses for the sales of cases.  I will not boggle your brain with details regarding team volume or group volume or points earned here. At the end of this post you will find a link where you can download a copy of the Official Mandura Compensation Plan and confuse yourself. (Or Not!)

When someone you sponsored goes ahead and sponsors another IBO, you will also receive a percentage of the sales that second layer of people make. (2nd generation). Likewise when those people sponsor more people, each one is another generation of IBOs from whom you will receive a percentage of their sales. (3rd generation – 8th generation).

There are multiple generation bonuses relating to how many generations you have on your team,

Additional bonuses relate to how many bottles or cases of Mandura your straightline team has made.

In addition there is another chart showing the various Matching Bonuses that accompany each rank you have achieved with your team. This determines how many pools of income you have access to. Things like Crown and Royal Crown etc are ways to reward each Independent Business Owner no matter where that person is in the team line. That is another unique feature. No longer is it only the top 3% of the company that makes money.

That assurance is one way the straightline compensation plan reduces ATTRITION for its members. People who are making money tend to stay with the company. Mandura is a prime example of attraction marketing in action right now.  It is so hot that Professional Network Marketers from all over are checking it out and signing up to build their teams.

WHY? And HOW? Well, I wrote a Mandura article yesterday discussing those questions.  Let me rephrase it a little differently. The title of that article says ‘Mandura Captures Top Marketers ‘and that is misleading to some extent. Not one person is being held captive by Mandura!  What I wanted to say was Mandura catches the ATTENTION of big time marketers. That is a big difference. That is why I wanted to write this post right away today.

How is this Mandura phenomenon an example of Attraction Marketing?
Essentially when you create something that Big Time Marketers will like and want to share with their teams with relative ease and they will be attracted to it! It is true that attraction marketing works when you put the pieces in their places. Recognize what people want and need. Provide it for them with an easy way to use.  Make the compensation worthwhile.  Spread the word.  And let others spread the word for you. People are attracted to success and Mandura is moving so fast that it is bringing income to  Independent Business Owners at all levels.

What is so attractive about Mandura?
In short, the One Line, One Product and One Vision directly applied to the entire team and compensation plan is almost irresistable. When something works and is relatively easy to implement, it is appealing to successful and busy professional marketers.
