You see for a network marketing program to succeed it must have clear closeup vision to make things run smoothly and notice the details like customer service and team support.
And it must have a long vision with clarity to ensure sustainability and rewards for all of the members.

I will share the classic and instructional graphic that illustrates the ONE LINE aspect of Mandura’s  ONE LINE- One Product – One Vision outline.

And some of us even require some explanation of what all of these graphics mean.  So. I strive to explain the superb compensation plan that Mandura has created for our team.  One step at a time.

In this straightline compensation plan, everyone who signs up after you is a part of your team’s organization, no matter who sponsored them. That is unique in network marketing.  And that means you will receive a percentage from whatever they sell. That is the short answer.

The longer answer is that there are 7 specific ways to be compensated in Mandura. The first is with direct retail sales. Everyone who buys a retail Mandura bottle or case from your official Mandura site will be giving you a percentage of that sale.

The next step is the fact that you can sponsor as many Independent Business Owners as you want and you will receive a percentage of what THEY sell.(1st generation)

There are bonuses for the sales of cases.  I will not boggle your brain with details regarding team volume or group volume or points earned here. At the end of this post you will find a link where you can download a copy of the Official Mandura Compensation Plan and confuse yourself. (Or Not!)

When someone you sponsored goes ahead and sponsors another IBO, you will also receive a percentage of the sales that second layer of people make. (2nd generation). Likewise when those people sponsor more people, each one is another generation of IBOs from whom you will receive a percentage of their sales. (3rd generation – 8th generation).

There are multiple generation bonuses relating to how many generations you have on your team,

Additional bonuses relate to how many bottles or cases of Mandura your straightline team has made.

In addition there is another chart showing the various Matching Bonuses that accompany each rank you have achieved with your team. This determines how many pools of income you have access to. Things like Crown and Royal Crown etc are ways to reward each Independent Business Owner no matter where that person is in the team line. That is another unique feature. No longer is it only the top 3% of the company that makes money.

That assurance is one way the straightline compensation plan reduces ATTRITION for its members. People who are making money tend to stay with the company. Mandura makes it easy for the “little guy/or gal” to have an income right away.  And provides the training and support to sustain that growth for the overall business.

The key to the question of who will make the most money in Mandura lies in the issue of which TEAM performs most effectively. Which team can recruit Independent Business Owners who will be able to orient and train the next level of IBOs to do the same and of course, how much demand there is for the Mandura nutritious drink product.  So it does make a difference which team you join.
