<p>Europe is exploding with new members and the excitement is well founded.</p>
<p>The hurdles to access have been jumped for many countries and now the Netherlands has an operating Mandura warehouse for distribution. See the announcement from Casey below:</p>
<blockquote><p><strong>Great News!</strong><br />
The first container will be delivered to the Warehouse in the Netherlands on Wednesday the 25<sup>th</sup> of August and the second container will be delivered on Thursday the 26<sup>th</sup> of August.  With this in mind, we will be ready to take orders.  Since our pay cycle ends on Friday’s at Midnight (6 AM in Europe), we are planning on allowing anyone in Austria, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, and Poland to place their orders at 6:01 AM on Saturday the 28<sup>th</sup> of August.  This will allow 1 full week for IBOs to qualify for commissions and Bulk Order Bonuses.  Below are a few facts about the upcoming events:</p>
<p><strong>Placing a New Order</strong><br />
We will be requiring all EU IBOs to place a new order and confirm their shipping address is correct.  This will allow you to make sure you are ordering and paying for the amount that you currently desire.  To place a new order just click on the Update Autoship link in your back office, verify the information and click “Process Autoship Now”</p>
<p><strong>Credit Card Payments</strong><br />
At the moment, we will only accept Credit Card purchases.</p>
<p><strong>Group Volume Bonuses</strong><br />
We will be resetting all the GV points back to zero on Friday the 27<sup>th</sup> so that all Orders moving forward will be official orders that have been paid for and confirmed for shipment.  Starting on Saturday the 28<sup>th</sup> all GV points will be based on real orders that have been paid for and shipped.  We will not take away any Royal Ranks that you have qualified for during the pre-launch.  Remember in order to qualify for the Bonus pools you must have the required GV and TV for each Bonus Pool. Also we will NOT reduce anyone’s TV points on Friday the 27th.  Every EU IBO will maintain the TV points they received during the Pre-Launch Phase.</p>
<p><strong>Shipping</strong><br />
Orders will begin shipping on Monday the 30<sup>th</sup> and will continue every Monday through Friday based on the order in which they come into Mandura.  All Orders that contain the Mandura Beverage will be shipped from the Netherlands and should arrive in 2 to 5 days via UPS (United Parcel Services specialize in Heavier Parcels).  If an order contains Mandura Trim only it will be shipped from the USA because of the light weight and will arrive in 7 to 10 days via USPS (United States Postal Service specialize in light weight parcels).  Our goal is to find the most affordable methods of shipment to keep the cost down for our IBOs.</p>
<p><strong>E-Wallet / Virtual Account</strong><br />
We are being told that the E-Wallet / Virtual Account, is very close to being completed for our EU IBOs. It is currently working in Australia and we hope to hove is ready by Early September in Europe.</p>
<p><strong>Commissions</strong><br />
The fastest way to receive your commission in Europe is to order you Mandura ProPay Master Card.  If you do not order your Mandura ProPay Master Card, your commission will accumulate until the E-Wallet / Virtual Account is ready in Early September. We will do everything in our Power to speed up this process, but remember we are working with 3<sup>rd</sup> party merchants.  Our Goal is to keep the international fees as low as possible for all or EU IBOs.</p>
<p><strong>Team Volume Bonuses</strong><br />
We know that allowing orders on the 28<sup>th</sup> of August will only give our EU IBOs a few days to qualify for the TV bonus pools, but we feel that we cannot wait until the 1<sup>st</sup> of September.  Please note: we will NOT reduce anyone’s TV points on Friday the 27th.  Every EU IBO will maintain the TV points they received during the Pre-Launch Phase.  Remember in order to qualify for the Bonus pools you must have the required GV and TV for each Bonus Pool.</p>
<p><strong>In Closing</strong><br />
I want to thank everyone for their patience during this Pre-Launch Phase. <p>When I came on board with Mandura at the end of July, I did not know there would be Missions and Community Service involved at all.  It may not sound like much but when you think about it.</p>
<p>The entire concept of returning something of value to the community where the Independent Business Owners lives is just about revolutionary in this business.  And I like it. <em><strong> </strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>Kids Against Hunger</strong></em> is the non-profit organization that <strong>Mandura</strong> is partnering with. Every sale will benefit a hungry person.</p>
<p>It is about<strong> people</strong>. <em>Make a difference in your community</em>. <strong>In your health</strong>. <em><strong>In our world.</strong></em></p>
<p>It is about <strong>partnerships </strong>and showing <strong>youth </strong>how important it is to be a part of something larger than themselves.  It is about<em> modeling </em>for others what you wish for them to do.</p>

<p>Well, I do not have a date because it would be different for individual countries.  However, I do know, straight from our CEO- Casey Yarborough that applications for licenses are in process in multiple countries right now.</p>
<p>You know how things are in our world.  If it requires one piece of paper, then someone else wants 2 copies or another form to fill out.  So for a COMPANY to get authorized to send products internationally you can only imagine how long it takes to go through the procedures.</p>
<p>I am reminded of the relatively simple process of getting a driver&#8217;s license in one&#8217;s home state.  And then you move. And start all over again.  Read the rules. Take the tests. Apply for a license and wait.</p>
<p>It is somewhat more complicated than that for global commerce! Particularly when food items are concerned.</p>
<p>No.   I am not making excuses here. Just a simple update.  I was really pleased to hear the words right from Casey Yarborough on a recent conference call.  He wants to make this company worldwide as soon as possible too.  And yes, he knows there are people all over the world ready to jump into Mandura.</p>
<p><strong><em>So if YOU are sitting on the fence, undecided.  Take the hint. Get onto a solid team before the rest of the world does!</em></strong></p>
<p>It is not expensive to start your home business for $30 plus shipping. And you have a <em>world</em> of people waiting to become part of your team. That is because of our one line &#8211; one team &#8211; one product &#8211; one vision corporate plan.  You actually can benefit from the people who sign up after you do. <p>I spent some time thinking about the merits of this straightline idea without looking at any more charts. I felt I had seen enough illustrations and now need to understand the reasoning behind it. At least as I understand it merits for my team and the company.</p>
<p>One thing that a straightline compensation plan does effectively is minimize competition between team members and new subscribers. Actually the way this compensation plan is structured it encourages cooperation and team building.  I like that.</p>
<p>Another merit to this approach to compensation is to reward individuals for their efforts. So people who apply more time and energy into developing their teams will be compensated for that.</p>
<p>And I see significant merit to a percentage of income from the entire team being pooled to be distributed among all team members. This is encouraging for the people who come along late in the recruiting process. They will have essentially the same opportunity for income as everyone else does.</p>
<p>If we assess the corporate values of a company based upon how they spend the revenue the company generates, as many people do, this is a positive team oriented company committed to the future of its clients and Independent Business Owners.  I like that.</p>
<p>These are leaders in the field of network marketing who have created a system to evoke the best of multi-level-marketing while minimizing the detriments to conventional payment systems.  The more I learn about these people and their powerful positive approach to business and to marketing, the more I am grateful to be here at this point in time.</p>
<p>If you are looking for a company with a worthwhile product in the health and wellness industry and a company that has tremendous opportunity with a sense of personal and professional integrity that is palpable, you are in the right place. <p>You see for a network marketing program to succeed it must have clear closeup vision to make things run smoothly and notice the details like customer service and team support.<br />
And it must have a long vision with clarity to ensure sustainability and rewards for all of the members.</p>
<p>I will share the classic and instructional graphic that illustrates the ONE LINE aspect of Mandura&#8217;s  <em><strong>ONE LINE- One Product &#8211; One Vision</strong></em> outline.</p>

<p>For some people this will suffice to illustrate what a straightline downline is about.</p>

<p>Others will want to see more information to compare it with a binary downline, I surely did.</p>
<p>And some of us even require some explanation of what all of these graphics mean.  So. I strive to explain the superb compensation plan that Mandura has created for our team.  One step at a time.</p>
<p>In this straightline compensation plan, everyone who signs up after you is a part of your team&#8217;s organization,<em> <span style="color: #800080;">no matter who sponsored them.</span></em> That is unique in network marketing.  And that means you will receive a percentage from whatever they sell. That is the short answer.</p>
<p>The longer answer is that there are <strong>7 specific ways </strong>to be compensated in Mandura. The first is with direct retail sales. Everyone who buys a retail Mandura bottle or case from your official Mandura site will be giving you a percentage of that sale.</p>
<p>The next step is the fact that you can sponsor as many Independent Business Owners as you want and you will receive a percentage of what THEY sell.(1st generation)</p>
<p>There are bonuses for the sales of cases.  I will not boggle your brain with details regarding team volume or group volume or points earned here. At the end of this post you will find a link where you can download a copy of the Official Mandura Compensation Plan and confuse yourself. (Or Not!)</p>
<p>When someone you sponsored goes ahead and sponsors another IBO, you will also receive a percentage of the sales that second layer of people make. (2nd generation). Likewise when those people sponsor more people, each one is another generation of IBOs from whom you will receive a percentage of their sales. (3rd generation &#8211; 8th generation).</p>
<p>There are multiple generation bonuses relating to how many generations you have on your team,</p>
<p>Additional bonuses relate to how many bottles or cases of Mandura your straightline team has made.</p>
<p>In addition there is another chart showing the various Matching Bonuses that accompany each rank you have achieved with your team. This determines how many pools of income you have access to. Things like Crown and Royal Crown etc are ways to reward each Independent Business Owner no matter where that person is in the team line. That is another unique feature. No longer is it only the top 3% of the company that makes money.</p>
<p>That assurance is one way the straightline compensation plan reduces ATTRITION for its members. People who are making money tend to stay with the company. Mandura makes it easy for the &#8220;little guy/or gal&#8221; to have an income right away.  And provides the training and support to sustain that growth for the overall business.</p>
<p>The key to the question of<strong> </strong><em>who will make the most money in Mandura</em><em> </em>lies in the issue of which TEAM performs most effectively. Which team can recruit Independent Business Owners who will be able to orient and train the next level of IBOs to do the same and of course, how much demand there is for the Mandura nutritious drink product.  So it does make a difference which team you join. <p>Timing is everything in this business. The longer you wait, the more people can get onto our team before you. Wouldn&#8217;t you like to profit from their work too?  No pressure here.
